The contests, the rules and the prizes are all subject to change without notice. The contests are void where prohibited by law and all taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The judges’ decision is final in all cases. TWIPPHOTO.COM reserves the right to substitute like-value products as prizes in the event the original prize becomes unavailable. Prizes have no cash value. For a list of winners to the most current contest, submit a self-addressed and stamped envelope to TWIPPHOTO.COM, C/O Bourne Media Group - P.O. Box 1114, Gig Harbor, WA 98335.
NOTE: The U.S. residency and age requirements aren’t because we have something against young people or foreigners - it’s because we are hamstrung by international laws, insurance problems and financial constraints that make this impractical and frankly impossible for us to offer contests beyond our shores.
