I just bought a very compact bag, and seeing that bag i may get the bigger model.
Because my biggest gripe with the bag i bought is that i must disassemble my camera and lens to be able to fit my big slr with battery grip and a standard lens in the bag.
The main advantage is that my new bag dont look like a camera bag.

Thanks @belola. I do love that I can keep my gear assembled inside of this bag.

To provide a bit more data, I just tried a larger lens mounted on my 30D (the Canon 70-200mm f/4), and it fit like a glove. At about 9.9 inches, it is the longest lens I think can comfortably fit while mounted on a camera body. Canon’s 70-200mm f/2.8 would fit with room to spare in the bag if it is not attached to the camera body.

A little into the video, I heard “GSM” chatter, and I immediate looked around for my iPhone. As soon as I realized it wasn’t mine, I knew you had one in the bag, and I sort of giggled when you opened the top and pulled your out.
Nicely done, Liana. And thanks for helping me spend (more) money!!!

LOL @DizzyDoug. I know. My bad. I completely forgot to turn it off. Thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt at first and checking yours. :)

I’m always glad to help others “invest” wisely.

Liana,

I have the Kata T-214 GDC which I use and enjoy when “traveling lite” I do have two others bags (Sling 200 and Velocity 9) but would consolidate. Is there enough space in the bag for Canon 30D w/grip & L-brack (RRS), 17-55mm 2.8, 24-70mm 2.8, 70-200mm (Sigma) all w/len hoods reversed and/or 580EX? I can get most of this in the two bags I currently have but I have to hang my Sigma out either bag. I don’t normally “pack everything” but every once in awhile I do. Also what about taking on a plane as a carry on?

Thank you in advance for you time and consideration.

Jonathan

Sorry just wanted to clarify a bit. I only carry one bag at a time… LOL

Hi. I really enjoyed the video after narrowing a long search for a new sling bag before and for my overseas trip next month. I’m considering the M-Rock Arches and the Lowepro Slingshot 300 but then I happened on the 3N1 and I’m thoroughly intrigued. Of course, I’ll need to make a decision in a few weeks… But how, if at all, would you attach a compact traditionl tripod to the 3N1? I liked the ‘flexipod’ on Liana’s but it’s not for me :) Thanks!
